How do you encourage your athletes?
I try to build a positive relationship with them; athletes sometimes need motivation and/or correction. When I have to correct an athlete I will point out the mistakes, but always will include something positive that they have done as well. Find 2 positives for every 1 negative. Be patient; Be positive; Be encouraging; Be enthusiastic
Biggest Accomplishment?
Marrying the love of my life and raising two wonderfully amazing kids with her; having 2 beautiful grandchildren
