    How do you encourage your athletes? 

    I try to encourage my athletes by supporting them on and off the court. Getting to know who they are off the court allows me to encourage them in more than just sports. On the court, I try to provide assurance and an opportunity for them to fix their mistakes. Hopefully, this provides them with the confidence to face the challenge as many times as needed in order to be successful.

    Biggest Accomplishment? 

    Students who grow to have happy lives and bright futures
