Mrs. Geaslin

I am so excited about this school year!

You just need to do two things in order to be successful in my courses: 1) Put forth YOUR maximum effort. 2) Be respectful of myself, your classmates, and the rules of the classroom.

A Little Info About Me

Bio:  I am originally from Tomball, Texas (Houston area) and I am the only child of Jimmy and Debbie Conn, who now live in Carlsbad as well. We moved out this way after hunting here for many years. We got tired of the hustle and bustle of the big city and felt this is where we were called to plant our roots. I taught at WV previously back in 2012-2014, and came back as fast as I could! I've been teaching at Water Valley (for the 2nd time) since 2020. I have been married to my husband, Chad, since 2017 and we have three dogs.

Education:  I graduated from Tomball High School in 1994. I graduated from Ranger College with an Associate of Arts degree in Interior Design, then transferred to UTSA and received my Bachelor of Arts in English Literature with a minor in Kinesiology. I played softball throughout my collegiate career on full-ride scholarships.

Interesting facts:  I am a 2x All-American in women's fastpitch softball, playing 1st base at Ranger College and for the UT San Antonio Roadrunners. I love NASCAR and my family owns the Houston Texans!

We are going to have a great year and I am super excited to work with each of you!
