From Water Valley FFA: UPDATE FOR COUNTY SHOW AND SALE!!!!!
As of this morning we will move the county show to Sunday, not that it is much better temperature wise, maybe moisture wise, either way it is the decision that has been made and agreed upon! Move in time will be the same 7-10am but we will be moving everything else up to try and finish earlier, so judging will begin at 12-12:30 not 1 and the banquet will start at 3, not 5 ALL awards will be announced during the banquet now and the steak dinner will follow banquet around 5:30 I'm trying to get us accommodations on the grounds starting Friday so no one has to travel with projects in the bad weather but bear with me cause there are a lot of things happening at the fairgrounds that are not for sure cancelled yet determine room for project storage, I will have a more definite answer tomorrow around noon! Please spread the word to your students and parents!

Due to the high probability of bad weather, Irion County has postponed their JH Basketball tournament that was scheduled for this coming Saturday, January 24.
It has been rescheduled for Saturday, Febuary 7.
