Theatre Arts adds to the festivities with their Christmas themed dioramas. They were challenged to bring their creativity to life while following strict rules, mimicking the OAP contest.

Over the past two Fridays, along with a playoff football game and Christmas program, students auditioned for a spot in the Association of Texas Small School Bands (ATSSB) Region 6 All-Region bands. This competition places our students against players of their same instrument in class 1A-4A schools in and around San Angelo, Midland-Odessa, and Abilene metro areas. 1,000s of players compete for a few hundred region spots, and the best 9-12th graders advance to the All-Area round in January.
18 region winners, 3 area advancers, 2 1st chairs

Our Water Valley NHS supported our teachers and staff with a wonderful Santa Dirty Soda Sip Bar full of sodas, creamers, and flavorings!
Here is what the NHS said: "NHS provided a dirty soda bar today, Santa’s Sip Bar! Christmas themed drinks to get us through the day!!! Thank you to all our staff for being difference makers in the lives of our Wildcats!!! Wishing you all a Merry Christmas!!"

Our Water Valley Student Tech Team has had a great semester! All four students are Makerbot Operator certified in 3D printing, have done numerous game day posts and Chromebook repairs, and have been working hard to continue making things easier for staff and students with technology issues and questions! We are very proud of their efforts and look forward to the next semester!
Lady Cats finish up the Oak Creek Classic Basketball Tournament in Blackwell. The girls went 2-2 for the weekend and Charlee Sears received All-Tournament Team Selections. Way to go Lady Cats! We are proud of you! 🐾🏀

What an incredible achievement! Water Valley Cheer's own Valerie Jimenez was selected as an All-American Cheerleader this summer after competing at cheer camp. Through her dedication and fundraising, she earned the opportunity to participate in the prestigious Pearl Harbor Memorial Parade in Hawaii! Way to go, Valerie!
