Come support the Water Valley Wildcats and Ladycats at the Cross Country meet! High School runs in Christoval starting at 8:30 am. Junior High runs in Sterling City starting at 4:00 pm. Both meets are on rolling schedules.

Attention Junior and Seniors: Miles is bringing in Chad Cargill (chadcargill.com) on Oct. 8th from 9a.m.-12 p.m. at the Regional Education Center in San Angelo to do a workshop with students who want to prepare and/or increase their ACT score. The cost of the workshop is $40 and there is an option to purchase the study book for an additional $30. There is limited space available, if you are interested in attending, please email Mrs. Colwell (christina.colwell@wvisd.net) by 4:00 oclock on Tuesday 9/24/24. The absence will be excused should you choose to attend.

At 5:30 there will be a student/ parent panel in the high school for anyone interested.

Attention Seniors: Concho Valley College Night will be Tuesday, September 24th at ASU in the CJ Davidson Center from 6-8 pm. Typically, over 50 colleges are represented there. This is a great chance to talk with recruiters from multiple schools simultaneously. Please let your seniors know so they can attend.

Today is the last day to register for the October ACT test at act.org (available at various Saturday testing sites) without having to pay a late fee. Seniors that would like to retest to raise their scores this would be a good time! Juniors, I will be giving the ACT test during the school day in the spring.
