Congratulations to the WVFFA wool judging team who competed in their first contest of the year at the State Fair of Texas in Dallas! They placed 5th overall as a team at the contest! They placed 2nd overall in placings and reasoning and 6th overall in grading.

Congratulations to the WVFFA meat judging team who competed in their first contest of the year! They won the contest and are coming home with a grand total of $7,000 in scholarships to attend Texas Tech and compete on the meat judging team.

Today's District CC was fiery, but our kids truly shone. We are beyond proud.
The varsity girls clinched 4th as a team, and varsity boys, Brylan Naylor is ADVANCING TO REGIONALS by finishing 6th.
In JV boys, Jayden secured an impressive 3rd place.
For the JH girls, Molly and Kyleigh placed 8th and 9th respectively, leading their team to a strong 2nd place finish. Nate from the JH boys also nailed an 8th place finish, pushing the team to a solid 4th place. Kudos to all!






Our CTRL Freaks got to visit Angelo State's Regional Security Operations Center (RSOC) to learn about how our school and other facilities are protected against cyber threats and attacks. They got to learn about how they can join the RSOC team if they so desire in their college careers!
Fun Fact: Did you know Angelo State was the first pilot program for RSOC? Also, they are currently the only RSOC that hosts actual clients and not simulations.



The Wildcat Band does a fantastic job hyping up elementary students before pep rallies!

Our student technology team has been on an incredible journey, diving into various tech and business skills! 🌟 Did you know? Many of the game day posts you see are crafted by our talented student tech team! 🏆 Recently, a few members of our CTRL Freaks group have taken on the challenge of learning how to replace Chromebook screens and batteries. 💻✨ They’ve also tackled the tricky task of fixing network ports that had fallen through the floor, ensuring everything is back in perfect working order. 🔧📶
