another for different reasons.

Features:              Each camper will receive a Water Valley basketball
camp T-shirt.

                               Each
camper will receive individualized instruction, fundamental, and skill work.

                               Attitude,
discipline, work ethic, and teamwork will be the focus.

                               This
camp will be conducted within a Christian atmosphere.

Goals:                    For each camper to improve their fundamental
basketball skills.

                               For
each camper to be encouraged and will receive positive feedback in all aspects.

                               For
each camper to enjoy the game of basketball while they are learning to compete.

                               For
each camper to be excited about becoming a Water Valley basketball player!

There is no deadline to
participate. Walk-ins are welcome. We will order T-shirts on Tuesday, July 29.

We, as parents/guardians of the above
named camper, grant permission for participation and release WVISD, camp
instructors, and coaches from all claims of injury, illness, and/or loss of
personal items. We understand that all
guidelines must be followed and that injury could occur. If we cannot be reached at the above list of
phone numbers, do authorize emergency care in the best interest of this camper
as deemed necessary by camp director. We
authorize the camp director to select the hospital and/or facilities needed in
case of an unlikely emergency.
